Product Returns & Exchange

If you need to return a product purchased from ColumbiaToolsUK.com then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should be returned with their original box, packing and accessories to the following address:

Please advise us immediately if the return is due to faulty or missing parts and we will replace the product or offer a full refund – We must be informed about faulty or missing parts within five working days of despatch. Any refund on faulty or missing parts will include a refund of any delivery charges.
